Return & Refund Policy – Labels and Stickers

Our labels and stickers are manufactured to customer-approved artwork and specifications. Due to their customised and adhesive nature, the following return conditions apply.
1. Customised products are non-returnable
Custom-printed labels cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, excess ordering or changes to requirements after manufacture. This includes labels with customer-specific logos, dimensions, shapes, colours, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes, as these products cannot normally be resold.
2. Adhesive and tamper-evident characteristics
Self-adhesive labels are designed for a single application. Peeling, applying or removing them can affect their adhesive strength and appearance. Destructible vinyl and warranty-void labels are designed to tear or show evidence of removal.
Used, applied, altered or customer-damaged labels are therefore not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not exclude valid claims for manufacturing defects discovered during proper use.
3. Customer-approved artwork
Please check all text, spelling, dimensions, numbering and other specifications before approving production. Errors present in customer-approved artwork, or later changes to approved requirements, do not qualify for free replacement or refund when APS has supplied the order correctly.
4. Defective, damaged or incorrect supplies
Please contact us promptly if labels arrive damaged, have manufacturing defects or differ from the agreed specifications. Provide your invoice number, affected quantity, a description and clear photographs. Retain the affected labels and packaging for assessment.
For confirmed defects or supply errors, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reprint or refund, consistent with applicable law. APS will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing or supply errors. Please obtain return instructions before sending goods back.
